Terms of Service (United Kingdom)
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyDoctors360. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our technology platform in the United Kingdom. The platform is operated by Digital by Default Ai (company in formation)(company number Pending Companies House registration), with registered office at Registered office address will be published once Companies House registration is complete. Contact support@mydoctors360.co.uk for interim correspondence.. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Platform Description — We Are a Technology Intermediary
MyDoctors360 is a technology platform that helps patients find and book appointments with independent private doctors. We facilitate discovery, booking, payment, messaging, and — where the doctor chooses to offer it — video consultation hosting.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not employ the doctors listed on the platform, we do not direct or supervise their clinical work, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The contract for any medical service is between you and the treating doctor (or the doctor’s own clinical organisation). MyDoctors360 is not a party to that clinical contract.
For full detail of how MyDoctors360 sits within the UK regulatory framework, how each listed doctor is regulated, and how to raise concerns, see our Regulatory Status page.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Doctors must hold valid GMC registration, a current licence to practise, appropriate indemnity insurance, and — where applicable — must have evidenced their CQC status (registered, exempt, or not applicable) to us at onboarding.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
- We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for enhanced security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Bookings & Payments
5.1 Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Unpaid bookings expire automatically (15 minutes for patient-initiated, 48 hours for admin-created bookings). A confirmed booking is a contract between you and the doctor.
5.2 Payments
MyDoctors360 collects payments from patients on the doctor’s behalf, as the doctor’s commercial agent. Payment to MyDoctors360 counts as payment to the doctor. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the doctor’s base currency with an indicative conversion where relevant. We do not store card details.
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds
Each doctor chooses a cancellation policy for marketplace booked appointments. The recommended default is the MyDoctors360 Standard policy:
- Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Under the Standard policy, you can reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment, and your payment moves to the new booking. Within 4 hours of the appointment, or once it has started, you can't reschedule, but you can cancel, and any refund follows these cancellation rules and goes back to your card. Doctors who use their own cancellation policy may allow later changes, with their approval.
- Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled once the appointment day has ended.
Doctors may instead select Flexible, Moderate, or Strict refund ladders; the policy that applies to your booking is shown on the doctor’s profile and at checkout.
For scheduled bookings, no-shows are handled under the doctor’s cancellation policy. For Next available GP, if the doctor can’t reach you, we’ll release the hold on your card in full automatically, or refund it in full if a payment has already been taken. For Next available GP no-shows, see No-shows below.
Next available GP (our on-demand GP queue, when available) runs at the times shown in the app. The price is shown before you book, and you agree to it before you join. The price shown is the total you pay. There are no extra charges. If no doctor is able to see you, we’ll release the hold on your card in full automatically, or refund it in full if a payment has already been taken. Next available GP is only for the person booking. You must be the patient and 18 or over. It can’t be used to book for someone else, including a dependent. For now, the queue is available only from GPs practising in England.
No-shows. If a doctor accepts your Next available GP request and you don’t join by the join-by time, we’ll record a no-show. You won’t be charged. We’ll release the hold on your card in full, or if a payment has already been taken, we’ll refund it in full. The doctor isn’t paid and we keep no fee. If you miss 2 consultations in 90 days, we’ll email you a warning. If it keeps happening, we may stop you using Next available GP. If you think we’ve recorded a no-show by mistake, email support@mydoctors360.co.uk and we’ll reply within 14 days.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Booking on a doctor’s own website. If you book with a doctor through the booking form on their own website, it works like any other booking on MyDoctors360: the doctor’s cancellation policy, shown before you pay, applies, including if you cancel late or don’t attend. If the doctor cancels, doesn’t attend or can’t provide the appointment, you’ll get back everything you paid. Payment is taken by MyDoctors360 on the doctor’s behalf.
6. Doctor Responsibilities & Regulatory Warranties
Each doctor who lists on the platform warrants to us and to you that they:
- Hold current GMC registration and a licence to practise.
- Are either CQC-registered in their own right, or genuinely qualify for an exemption under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (for example, the Medical Performers List exemption for named GPs, or the employed-by-a-registered-provider exemption).
- Do not provide any of the Schedule 2 paragraph 4 excluded procedures through the platform (including, but not limited to, anaesthesia, IV sedation, obstetric/childbirth services, termination of pregnancy, cosmetic surgery, haemodialysis, endoscopy involving instruments passed into a natural lumen, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV/intrathecal/epidural medicines, diagnostic imaging involving X-ray/MRI/CT, and radiotherapy).
- Carry appropriate indemnity insurance in force for the full duration of any consultation booked through the platform.
- Deliver consultations in accordance with GMC Good Medical Practice and the GMC guidance on remote prescribing.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with GMC and UK GDPR obligations.
We verify GMC registration at onboarding and periodically re-verify. We also collect CQC / MPL / indemnity evidence at onboarding. However, the ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance sits with the treating doctor.
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your symptoms and medical history when requested by the doctor.
- Inform your NHS GP about any consultation, prescription or treatment you receive through the platform, so that your NHS record stays complete and safe.
- Attend booked appointments or cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Seek urgent care directly from 999, 111, or A&E when appropriate. The platform is not designed for emergencies.
8. Medical Disclaimer & Emergencies
MyDoctors360 is a technology platform, not a medical practice. We do not:
- Provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
- Supervise, direct, or assume responsibility for a doctor’s clinical decisions.
- Guarantee clinical outcomes from any consultation booked through the platform.
In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E immediately. For urgent but non-emergency advice, call NHS 111. Do not rely on this platform for urgent care.
If you believe a consultation booked through the platform has caused you harm, please see our Complaints page. You may raise a concern directly with the treating doctor, with the General Medical Council at gmc-uk.org, or — for concerns about the registered provider under which the doctor practises — with the Care Quality Commission at cqc.org.uk.
9. Regulatory Status
MyDoctors360 is not registered with the Care Quality Commission as a provider of regulated activities, and does not need to be: it does not itself provide diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Every listed doctor is regulated in their own right — by the GMC, by their indemnity body, and (where applicable) by the CQC. Our Regulatory Status page sets out exactly how to verify any doctor on the GMC register and the CQC provider directory.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the platform are owned by Digital by Default Ai (company in formation). Users retain ownership of content they submit (reviews, intake information) but grant us a limited licence to display it as necessary for platform operation.
11. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another person or healthcare professional.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures.
- Posting false reviews or misleading information.
- Harassing other users or staff.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to the paragraph above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital by Default Ai (company in formation):
- Is not liable for the clinical decisions, acts, or omissions of any doctor listed on the platform. Each doctor is an independent professional responsible for their own clinical work.
- Is not liable for loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or for service interruptions due to third-party providers.
- Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Privacy
Your use of MyDoctors360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Reward points
1. Earning points. If you share your personal invite link and someone creates a new MyDoctors360 account with it, you and they can each receive 1,000 reward points. To qualify, they must verify their email address and phone number, and complete and pay by card for their first appointment. Paying with points, credit or a gift card doesn't count.
2. Waiting period. Points are added 14 days after that first appointment, as long as it hasn't been refunded or disputed. If a refund or chargeback happens later, the points are removed.
3. Limits. You can earn points for up to 20 successful referrals in any 12 months. Each person can only be rewarded once, as a new member.
4. Who can take part. Doctors and MyDoctors360 staff can't earn referral points.
5. Value and use. 1,000 points are worth £10 of credit. Points can only be used on selected appointments booked on MyDoctors360. We choose which appointments qualify by speciality, by a minimum appointment price, or both, and we may change this. The current list is shown below, under "Eligible appointments", and checkout shows whether points can be used on an appointment, and how many, before you pay. Points can't be used on an appointment that is discounted or part of a promotion. This includes appointments booked with a promo code, appointments shown with a reduced or 'was' price, and appointments with a doctor taking part in a MyDoctors360 fee promotion (such as a reduced commission month), even if your price hasn't changed. We show this on the appointment before you book. We may limit how many points can be used on a single booking. If we change which appointments qualify, there will always be appointments where you can use your points, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change that reduces where you can use points you already hold. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Eligible appointments
All specialities.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
6. Who pays for it. MyDoctors360 funds the credit. The doctor still receives their full share of the appointment price.
7. Expiry. Points expire 12 months after they're added. Expired points lapse and aren't refunded to your card, because they're promotional credit, not money you paid. The oldest points are used first.
8. Refunds. If an appointment paid partly with points is refunded, the points are returned to your account with their original expiry date.
9. Misuse. We won't give points, and we can remove points already given, where we reasonably believe a referral involves: fake or duplicate accounts; self-referral; the same payment card, phone number, device or address as the person who referred them, or as another account; spam or paid advertising of an invite link; a booking made only to earn points; or any other misuse of the scheme. We can pause the referral feature on an account while we check it. If you think we've got it wrong, contact support@mydoctors360.co.uk.
10. Closing your account. Unused points are lost when your account is closed.
11. Changes. We can change or end the scheme. If we do, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, and points you've already earned stay valid until they expire.
